I LOVE Stamping Bella stamps.  You do need to use an adhesive to attach them to your stamping block....I've started just using some double sided tape and cleaning the block really well when I'm done.  Anyhoosie doosie, I think this chick is SaSsY!  I gave this card to a supa sassy friend of mine for her birthday.  I used copic markers (still getting the hang of them, even after a class), my wonderful little embossing machine for the dry embossing, some ribbon, and the sentiment is a rub on.
